Educators will be introduced to Universal Design for Learning (UDL) with a requirement to integrate at least a basic understanding of UDL in each lesson. A sample of lesson plans will be juried by educators in this course. Every educator will set their own project of work with due dates and deadlines in conjunction with the instructor (within the time span of the course). (Pre-requisite for this course if for the educator to have fully documented unit plans with identified proficiencies/standards in order to develop lesson plans. If an educator only has some unit plans developed for a course, they are still eligible. This course is not designed for developing units. It’s solely designed for developing lessons).
