Biography

Prior to entering the field of higher education, Cathy Kozlik held marketing leadership and management positions within the publishing, printing, and manufacturing industry. At Castleton, she takes particular interest in teaching both the introductory and the capstone courses, and along with an overall knowledge of theory and practice, she places a high degree of emphasis upon developing the communication skills - both oral and written - required for a successful career in business.
