Biography

A graduate of Falmouth University's master's in professional writing program, Dorothy has written for businesses and publications in the U.S. and U.K. Past publication credits include Seven Days, The Writer, Cat Fancy, and Special Places, the member magazine for The Trustees of Reservations.

At Castleton, she teaches writing and speaking courses as well as occasional literature classes. Dorothy is also the Writing Specialist at Academic Support. She enjoys working with students and helping them to become more confident writers and speakers. Her students continually surprise and impress her, and they have taught her a great deal about writing, teaching, and life.
