Shana Levine works for 3 Fold Group consulting as a senior associate. Her membership and enrollment management knowledge contributes to the group’s existing program review and strategic planning practice. She brings extensive Division III knowledge to the team from her 15 years of campus and NCAA national office experience.
Prior to joining 3 Fold, Levine served as the director of Physical Education & Athletics at Lewis & Clark College. In her role, she oversaw 19 Division III varsity sports, the institution’s intramural program and the physical education department. Levine collaborated with the Director of Admissions to increase data and information sharing between coaches and admissions. Through this work, the yield of recruited student-athletes increased significantly. Levine also has developed and implemented a department-wide identity initiative for student-athletes, coaches and staff to enhance and promote the positive contributions of student-athletes across campus.
Levine previously served as the associate director of athletics at Washington and Lee and spent four years with the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA). Levine earned a bachelor’s of arts in biology at Washington and Lee University, and earned her law degree at the University of Pittsburgh.

Athletic Director Accomplishments:
• Established a vision and generated department-wide commitment to that vision through intentionally aligning department culture, expectations and evaluation tools.
• Created three endowed funds to provide additional support to athletic programs.
• Intentionally developed a collaborative relationship between athletics and admissions and established a strategic approach to athletic recruitment that has increased student-athlete yield.
• Transitioned to a new head football coach and staff that has resulted in significant growth in roster size and increased competitiveness.
