This Giving Tuesday, the Castleton community rallied together and raised more than $26,000 in celebration of our student-athletes.
Giving Tuesday, held each year on the first Tuesday after Thanksgiving, inspires people to give, collaborate, and celebrate generosity. This year marks the seventh year that Castleton has participated in the global day of giving.
Castleton’s giving goal this year was 148 donors – a nod to the 148 Spartans who were named to the Little East Conference Academic Honor Roll this spring. Castleton surpassed that goal, with nearly 220 alumni, parents, faculty, staff, students, and friends of the University from three countries and 18 different states coming together in support of our students and Castleton athletics.
