Outcome 1: Think critically and effectively apply content knowledge to real-world situations and tasks	Internship reflective journal	Academic Advisor	Annual – end of spring semester	Students are asked submit weekly reflections on what they are observing and doing in their internship. Core faculty will review these to determine how well students are bridging the gap between classroom and clinical experiences.
	Intern evaluation form	Academic Advisor	Annual – end of spring semester	Core faculty will review the final supervisor evaluation form at the end of each student’s internship, looking at portions of the form that relate to critical thinking and application of learned skills.
	Senior exit survey	Academic Advisor	Annual – end of spring semester	Core faculty will review this survey of the student’s perception of academic and clinical preparation for entrance into the profession and make programmatic changes as needed.
	Alumni survey	Core Kinesiology program faculty	Biennial – end of spring semester	This survey will track employment trends for our students post-graduation, and how well prepared they were to make clinical decisions as entry-level professionals. Core faculty will review and make programmatic changes as needed.

Data may inform a need for additional assignments or curriculum revisions to improve medical written communication skills and critical analysis of research studies.
	Rubric – Senior Thesis	Course instructor	Biennial – end of fall semester	Data from the rubric used to assess the student’s final written manuscript will be compiled and reviewed. May inform curriculum revisions.

	Alumni survey	Core Kinesiology program faculty	Biennial – end of spring semester	This is administered by the core Kinesiology program faculty every other year. It is sent to alumni @ 3-4 years post-graduation. It will assess their employment trends post-graduation, and how well prepared they were to enter the field post-graduation.
